Important Note for Australian Customers: Please be aware of the specific regulations surrounding vaping products in Australia. We operate in compliance with all relevant laws.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel an order within 7 days of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at Your VapeLink AU Customer Service Email – sales@vapelinkau.com or chat with the customer support on website.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials.
- For e-liquids, coils, and disposable vape devices: These items are generally not eligible for return once opened or used due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the product, unless they are proven to be faulty upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have received a faulty item.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may be subject to a partial refund or rejection of the return.
To initiate a return:

- Do not send your product back until you have received an RMA number and instructions from our team.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to a fault on our part. This will be communicated upon approval of your return.
Shipping for Returns:
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team along with your RMA number.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customs Seizure / Border Control Issues (Specific to Australia):
Given the nature of vaping products and varying customs regulations, if your products were seized by Australian customs or border control and not allowed to be delivered, you may apply for a refund for the product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases. This policy applies strictly to items seized due to import restrictions, not due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or refusal to accept delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Items Upon Arrival (DOA – Dead On Arrival):
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with details and photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, including covering return shipping costs if the fault is confirmed.
